First official photography post of 2010!! This time we had the pleasure of capturing Amelia and her amazing parents. They welcomed us into their home as though we were long time friends…we love our job.

She is only a few months old and the poor little thing cried throughout the photoshoot so we had to shoot fast! But I don’t blame her…two strangers with weird giant black gadgets clicking away in front of her. ;) But she was really interested a few times and looked directly into the lens which was wicked! Her stunning beautiful eyes pierced through the lens and touched our hearts!

Here is something new! We decided to take advantage of the fact that our new cameras can also shoot HD video, and we shot some footage of beautiful little Amelia and her amazing parents.

We’re back! And today we bring you another adorable little family…Christina, Mitch and their two rambuncious boys Marco and Diego (cool names eh?). Christina and Mitch had their wedding photos done at the Experimental farm, and they suggested to do their family session there! It is a very popular place for portraits but as always we looked for other unique ways to use the space and scenery. There were some beautiful sunflowers, a ton of stunning colorful flowers and we even found a little wagon around back which the boys liked very much!

We had alot of fun with you guys and we hope you enjoy our following favourites of the evening! Family photoshoots are SO much fun! Debbie and Mike wanted to do something special for their family for their 13th (!) wedding anniversary, so they decided they would like to make some memories by capturing them on photos. Awesome idea, and congratulations guys, we wish you double and triple that! :)

Deb and Mike have two gorgeous little girls, Kenzie and Tegan…and a fantastic dog named Champ whom they also brought to the session. Not knowing that we are huge dog lovers!!! I think everyone will agree that their entire family is easy on the eyes too…

We took them to a historic little piece of countryside called Pinhey’s Point near Ottawa, Ontario where we found alot of beautiful nature as well as historic homes, barns and ruins. This place is a great natural photo studio so we are very glad to finally be able to use it! They were a pleasure to work with and everyone had lots of fun which is exactly how we like to work, or should I say play? ;) We absolutely love doing photoshoots like this that capture the love and beauty of family and relationships!
