New year! Fresh new start! You maaaaay have noticed a little tiny change on our blog recently? ;)

We are proud to introduce our new image to our brides. We are no longer bmk photography,  instead we chose to represent our work, our passion and love for wedding photography as ourselves… Bartek and Magda!

We feel that this refreshing new look and name will benefit us in many ways and we really look forward to starting this wedding season as ourselves.

No longer will we be “hiding” behind a name. We feel it is important for us to connect with our clients right from the moment you hear our names and see our work. We think there shouldn’t be a gap between us and our work. The work we do is very personal and we develop a close relationship with all the couples we meet, so what better way to start it off than for everyone to be familiar with who we are as a team? Also, everything we did as bmk will be the same so don’t worry! Actually, it will be better….a lot better! Just wait and see what we have in store this year for the world. We are so giddy about it!!!

YAY! We’re sooooo excited! :) After a long period of having www.bartekandmagda.com under construction, we finally launched our new portfolio website! Our blog couldn’t be more awesome but we just wanted a place where people unfamiliar with our work could visit to get a quick sense of who we are and what we do. If they like what they see (*crosses fingers*), then they’re welcome to visit our blog to get more juicy information!

As we’re editing the latest wedding from last weekend we realized that both of us seem to do whatever it takes to get the shot. Even if it takes climbing a tree to get it! We’re very spontaneous and our energy tends to be through the roof during the day, so during a beautifully green and sunny relaxed portrait session I somehow managed to climb a tree to get a photo of the couple from up high. I sometimes surprise myself…I don’t know how Magda puts up with me sometimes?! ;)
